The Opportunity With Optimism

Interpreting life in optimistic ways is a key to achieving life goals.  Pessimistic thinking plagued me for much of my life and when I started to transform my thinking with optimism, a great deal in life improved; including my weight and health. Optimists’ lives are not perfect, but the way they approach life sets them up for being more resilient during tough times.  Losing weight and maintaining it for the rest of your life requires mental toughness. Thinking optimistically helps you when you need it most.
